  • Provide excellent customer service by determining customer needs, presenting products and services, and resolving customer concerns.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, driving sales growth and loyalty.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, contributing to the store's overall success.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products as needed, and stock shelves and set up displays.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, assist with deliveries, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options with customers and suggesting ways to improve sales.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
