Job Overview

The Maintenance Technician role is essential in supporting the operational integrity of facilities by collaborating with experienced maintenance personnel to conduct essential repairs and upkeep of structures, machinery, and outdoor areas. This position also encompasses custodial duties, ensuring all facilities are kept in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute minor repairs and maintenance on plumbing and sewage systems, along with appliance and vehicle servicing.
  • Carry out carpentry work to enhance and preserve building structures, including painting both interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, tree removal, and snow clearance on pathways and roads.
  • Ensure the safety and security of facilities, vehicles, and surrounding grounds.
  • Arrange seating and tables for various meetings and events.
  • Repair, construct, and relocate furniture within offices and residential areas.
Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
