Job Description

The Relief Merchandiser - Large Store is responsible for building displays, replenishing inventory, and ensuring proper care of equipment and Company/customer assets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relieve Merchandiser routes and train Merchandisers
  • Presents established and effective merchandising training methods
  • Sell and execute at store level
  • Maintain product integrity in every account
  • Rotate and replenish products in customer outlet
  • Provides feedback and recommendations to leadership
  • Works in partnership with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver
Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position
  • Regular and prompt attendance
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance
  • Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
