Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of school facilities, including classrooms, corridors, and common areas.
  • Perform various custodial tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash receptacles.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums, floor polishers, and other machinery.
  • Assist with special events, such as sports games and concerts, by setting up and cleaning up after events.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a school custodial role is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a criminal history background check and provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
  • Must reside in the State of New Jersey.
  • Other relevant skills and qualifications may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
