Job Description

The Lab Support Technician plays a vital role in the provider care team, supporting reports, data, and scheduling functions of the laboratory. This part-time position is located at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City in the Lab Support department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, timely, and effective provision of laboratory support mechanisms
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills in line with the Mercy Signature Service Standards
  • Acquire specimens for laboratory testing using safe, accurate, effective, and professional methodologies while observing HIPAA confidentiality requirements and lab policies
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards
