Grant Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Grant Writer to join our team at Wellpoint Care Network. As a Grant Writer, you will play a critical role in securing funding for our organization's programs and services.

The Grant Writer will be responsible for researching and writing grant proposals to obtain financial funding for Wellpoint Care Network. This includes developing compelling grant proposals, conducting research on funding opportunities, and building relationships with funders.

• Research and identify funding opportunities that align with Wellpoint Care Network's mission and goals
• Develop and write grant proposals that effectively communicate the organization's needs and goals
• Build and maintain relationships with funders and other stakeholders
• Ensure grant proposals are submitted on time and meet the requirements of the funder
• Monitor and track grant progress and outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Non-Profit Management, or related field
• Minimum of three years of grant writing experience with a proven track record of success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong research and analytical skills
