Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at 84 Lumber Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building loads for deliveries, maintaining a safe and organized lumber yard, and operating a forklift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build loads for delivery, ensuring accurate and efficient loading of materials
  • Load and unload lumber and building supplies, maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and address any delays or discrepancies
Requirements
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to others
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out simple one or two-step instructions
