Role Overview
This full-time Registered Nurse position requires delivering high-quality patient care, educating patients on prevention and healthy habits, and collaborating with physicians to devise individualized care plans. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and provide compassionate care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care according to physician orders
- Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits
- Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license allowing practice in our state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred
- ACLS and PALS may be required within 6 months of hire
