We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team in Traverse City. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as an ambassador for our brand, educating customers and staff about our products and services.
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions at the point of sale and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • A passion for food and cooking with fresh ingredients.
  • A strong interest in and knowledge of locally grown fruits and vegetables.
  • An energetic spirit and a desire to work as part of a team.
  • High standards and an unwillingness to compromise on quality.
  • Some retail experience, preferably in a small specialty retail shop.
  • Public interaction experience is a must.
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends, including Sundays.

Compensation:

$15-$16.50 per hour, depending on experience.
