Pipe Welder

We are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder to join our team at LaborOne Staffing. As a Pipe Welder, you will be responsible for welding various metal surfaces or pipes using different types of welding equipment.

• Set up tools and welding equipment at job sites.
• Burns pipe or penetrations.
• Tacks and welds pipe.
• Cleans weld areas; sweeps and removes scrap.

• Three years of experience in welding, knowledge of welding procedures, and proficiency in various types of welding equipment.
• Must pass shipyard plate tests in all positions and pipe tests on 6G restricted fix position using FCAW and GTAW processes.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and available to work any shift.
• Must comprehend written and verbal instructions (in English).

The successful candidate will be exposed to fumes, odors, dust, gases, various climates, temperatures, and low ventilation conditions. Additionally, they will work in an environment with constantly moving machines and mechanical parts, as well as high levels of constant noise.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
