Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Autokiniton. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide performance feedback and leadership to direct reports, including mentoring, coaching, and corrective action when necessary.
  • Ensure accountability and discipline when required.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels and departments.
  • Maintain maximum levels of equipment utilization and efficiency to meet production requirements.
  • Manage the plant preventive maintenance program.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Skilled Trades Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, stamping, and/or assembly processes as required for the position.
  • Knowledge of Fanuc robotics repairs in a manufacturing environment.
  • High voltage electrical repair experience preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to mentor and teach the team in effective problem-solving methods.
