Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between People Driven Credit Union, members, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing, closing, and funding.
  • Request, gather, and verify all necessary loan documentation, including title insurance, homeowners' insurance, appraisals, loan applications, credit reports, and income verification, ensuring timely submission to underwriters.
  • Communicate with members to review final closing details and figures before dispatching closing documents.
  • Prepare and distribute the initial closing disclosure (CD) for member signatures.
  • Oversee funding and disbursement processes, including the management of loan drafts and payment allocations.
  • Conduct post-closing audits to confirm that all required documents are obtained, completed, and that all closing conditions are satisfied.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in processing or closing home equity loans within a financial institution is required.

*Candidates must successfully pass a background and drug screening.
