Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement group exercise programs that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests
  • Lead group classes that are safe, engaging, and educational, adhering to safe exercise guidelines
  • Build effective relationships with members, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals
  • Maintain accurate class attendance records and plan new classes for each quarterly session
  • Follow center policies and procedures, responding to emergency situations as needed
Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience teaching group wellness classes
  • Personal training or group exercise instructor certification through an accredited agency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science
