Position Responsibilities

In this position, you will receive training to safely operate machinery that processes lightbulbs into recyclable materials. Your tasks will include:

  • Opening and emptying containers of lightbulbs into designated feed points
  • Tracking and documenting daily throughput
  • Conducting routine maintenance inspections on the machinery
  • Depending on daily workflow, you may be assigned to various tasks within the facility
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment such as Tyvek coveralls, goggles, hard hats, and respirators
  • Capability to stand, bend, reach, squat, grasp, and walk, with or without reasonable accommodation
