LPN Healthcare Specialist

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care in the OB Operating Room. As an LPN, you will work under the direct supervision and delegation of a Registered Nurse (RN) to gather data for assessment, identify nursing problems, implement solutions, and evaluate outcomes.
You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery, serving as a resource nurse when oriented and directed by senior staff. Your strong understanding of patient age and cultural diversity, as well as spiritual and emotional needs, will enable you to contribute to the provision of quality nursing care.
Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to assist with lifting and moving patients, push carts, wheelchairs, and other equipment, as well as lift or push up to 50 pounds. You must be able to bend over to perform certain duties and maneuver throughout the halls, stairways, and patient rooms in response to hospital emergencies.
Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year
