Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, your day begins with a commitment to providing top-notch service to all clients—both human and animal. You will be the first point of contact for our services, playing a vital role in building trust with our clients.


Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming clients and their pets with a friendly demeanor
  • Managing reservations and addressing inquiries
  • Handling billing and cash reports with precision
  • Assisting with pet care as needed

In this dynamic environment, you will thrive on interacting with clients and their pets while managing multiple tasks efficiently.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer service
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and retain information accurately
  • Compassionate handling of animals
  • Genuine passion for customer service and pet care

Experience in a pet care setting is advantageous but not mandatory. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and possess excellent communication skills.


Work Schedule

Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with additional hours on every other Saturday and Sunday for scheduled pick-ups. Consistency in attendance is crucial for our team.
