Qualifications
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years of age (21 for driving positions).
  • Work Authorization: Must be able to legally work in the United States.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Drug Screen and Breath Alcohol Test: Must be able to pass a drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable).
  • Employee Health Meeting: Must complete employee health meeting.
Required Education/Licensure/Certification
  • High School Diploma: High School Diploma (or equivalent), preferred.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant Certification: Valid Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, required.
  • BLS Certification: Current BLS certification (or must be obtained within 90 days).
Experience
  • Nursing Assistant Experience: One (1) year Nursing Assistant experience, preferred.
  • Med/Surg or Long-Term Care Experience: Med/Surg or Long-Term Care experience, preferred.
Position Classification and Compensation

This is a non-exempt position with a compensation range of $18.03 to $22.97 per hour.
