- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Strive to uphold regulatory requirements to ensure continual compliance with departmental, hospital, state, and federal regulations and policies.
- Follow Infection Control and Safety Policies: Follow policies and procedures for infection control, safety, and risk management to ensure a safe environment for patients, public, and staff.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years of age (21 for driving positions).
- Work Authorization: Must be able to legally work in the United States.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.
- Drug Screen and Breath Alcohol Test: Must be able to pass a drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable).
- Employee Health Meeting: Must complete employee health meeting.
- High School Diploma: High School Diploma (or equivalent), preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certification: Valid Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, required.
- BLS Certification: Current BLS certification (or must be obtained within 90 days).
- Nursing Assistant Experience: One (1) year Nursing Assistant experience, preferred.
- Med/Surg or Long-Term Care Experience: Med/Surg or Long-Term Care experience, preferred.
This is a non-exempt position with a compensation range of $18.03 to $22.97 per hour.
