Piercing Studio Team Member
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our piercing studio team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer experiences, process transactions accurately, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to customers, answering their questions and making recommendations on piercing and non-piercing jewelry products.
- Assist customers with ear piercings, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- Retail or service industry experience preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
