Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fire safety training and organize regular drills, followed by evaluations to enhance future performance.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with relevant authorities and document all safety-related activities.
  • Investigate incidents and compile comprehensive reports based on findings.
  • Provide annual safety training for all personnel and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Assess all areas of the facility to identify potential safety hazards and unsafe practices, documenting findings and coordinating necessary corrections.
  • Review and update the Facility Safety Manual annually, collaborating with departments to refine their specific safety policies.
  • Work with IT to ensure accessibility to safety information through the facility's intranet.
  • Lead the Safety Committee and supervise safety management and fire prevention initiatives.
  • Investigate claims related to workplace injuries and communicate results to Human Resources.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in providing administrative support to management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
