Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, starting, monitoring, and documenting machines and equipment in a process-safe manner. Additionally, they will independently perform tool changes according to the schedule, adjust and optimize handling devices, and support and optimize the production process in a 3-shift operation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a successfully completed apprenticeship as a process mechanic for plastic and rubber technology or a comparable education, or several years of experience as a machine setter/changeover technician. Service and team-oriented work, as well as openness to new ideas, are essential. The ability to work independently, reliably, and with a focus on quality is also crucial. Respectful and reliable communication is important.
