We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Water Treatment Service Technician at Envirogen Group UK Limited.

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to work with us in delivering exceptional customer service and support. About the Role

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining water and wastewater treatment systems, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. They will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and service to our customers, troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues, conducting repairs and maintenance, and ensuring the optimal performance of water and wastewater treatment systems.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure the optimal performance of water and wastewater treatment systems
  • Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining water and wastewater treatment systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to maintain strong relationships
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel within the state and interstate
