Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator to support our mental health pharmacy operations in California.

About the Role

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our pharmacies, working closely with registered pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

  • Fills prescription orders and verifies them under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist.
  • Orders, receives, and stores incoming pharmacy supplies.
  • Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders.
  • Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records.
Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and clinic staff.
  • Working collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including inventory management and ordering.
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and adhering to company policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of California.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician.
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid US driver's license.
