Job Responsibilities:
- Possess experience in the Property & Casualty insurance sector, particularly within the Policy Center / Claims insurance domain.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Guidewire Policy Center / Claims Center.
- Understand property casualty rating, policy coverages, and endorsements.
- Apply principles of process analysis and project management.
- Analyze complex business and technical processes, systems, and challenges.
- Conduct research, generate comparisons, draw conclusions, and validate solutions to drive transformational change.
- Align actions with enterprise strategies and provide insights to guide business or technical direction.
- Collaborate across various teams to manage analysis processes (i.e., business, quality, experience, system) and provide guidance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Possess knowledge of SQL.
