The American Girl retail store and bistro is seeking a dynamic individual to provide exceptional customer service as a Part-Time Dessert Counter Associate in our Bistro. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and can handle customer issues and requests with poise, we want to hear from you.
Your Impact:
- Prepare and present food items to high standards, demonstrating knowledge of dessert and beverage offerings.
- Maintain the dessert bar area to meet health code standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
- Adhere to food and workplace safety guidelines, as well as local and state health sanitation laws.
- Support colleagues by offering assistance as needed.
- Ensure accurate and efficient completion of POS and Infogenesis transactions according to company policy.
