Froster

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're seeking a skilled Froster to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality cakes that exceed our guests' expectations.

• Follow our proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision to achieve productivity goals.
• Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
• Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
• Ensure an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintain appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.
• Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes as well as product rotation standards, and maintain frosting and refrigeration logs.
• Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure Nothing Bundt Cakes standards are met and inform management of any quality control issues.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation, ensure frosting supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift, and wash any equipment in the absence of the Dishwasher/Utility Employee.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
• Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

• Must be able to work Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm & Sunday 12-5pm
• Must be 18 years & older
• This is not a summer job
• Part-time position with more hours available during holiday seasons

$9.50 - $10.00 per hour
