Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dining Service Assistant to join our team. As a Dining Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food service to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting chefs in food preparation, maintaining dining room and kitchen cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs in food preparation tasks, as assigned, to ensure the highest quality of food service to our residents.
  • Maintain standards for dining services, including efficient meal service delivery, customer service, and cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen.
  • Assure serving meals to residents within scheduled time frames.
  • Report problems, concerns, and issues observed with food service and communicate them appropriately.
  • Observe all work, safety, and administrative rules, including local and state requirements.

Requirements

  • One to two years' experience in a similar position preferred.
  • Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents.
