Compensation Overview:
The starting wage for this position is $22.33 per hour, with a scheduled increase to $23.20 per hour after six months, and reaching $24.74 per hour after one year. Additionally, incentive pay is available after a 90-day period.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and consistently throughout the shift is required.
  • Flexibility to work any shift is essential due to the nature of our 24/7 operations.

Position Overview:
This role involves various tasks including receiving and processing incoming products, selecting and filling orders from inventory, stacking and wrapping products, and constructing pallets. Team members will actively engage in their duties, utilizing a voice-controlled system to select full-case dry, cool, or frozen items within a multi-temperature warehouse environment, employing powered material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and accurately select customer orders, ensuring no damage occurs.
  • Construct orders in accordance with assigned load tickets.
  • Shrink wrap and label completed orders.
  • Transport finished orders to the loading dock or trailer.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or walkie-riders.
  • Accurately receive incoming products and manage inventory as necessary.
  • Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
  • Perform basic sanitation tasks to maintain a clean and safe workspace, including clearing debris and stacking empty pallets.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to meet productivity standards.
  • Complete additional projects or tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is required.
  • Ability to lift products ranging from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 170 lbs when handling specific items.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in physically demanding roles, such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction, or landscaping.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment in a multi-temperature setting; forklift certification is a plus.
  • Experience in stocking, product handling, local delivery, or unloading is advantageous.
  • Background in foodservice distribution, grocery, or beverage delivery is preferred.
