Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Welcome: Provide a warm and inviting welcome to every guest, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Wait List Management: Effectively manage the wait list, keeping guests informed and engaged throughout their wait.
  • Communication: Communicate guest concerns and feedback to management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Phone Handling: Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Team Support: Assist fellow team members as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery.
