Salary: $80,000 to $120,000 per year

About the Role

We are actively hiring and accepting applications for a talented ER Nurse (RN) to join our team at Incredible Health in Smithtown, NY.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced nurses to take on a challenging role in a dynamic environment.

As an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care
  • Treat patients suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions
  • Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
  • Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and treatments, and operate medical equipment
  • Participate in emergency situations such as code blue
  • Collaborate with physicians to determine discharge or longer hospital stays
  • Educate patients and families about their condition and care plan
Qualifications:
  • Active RN license
  • 1+ years of experience in an ER setting preferred
  • ACLS, PALS certification preferred
  • Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
