We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at The Waterford, a Lifespace Communities senior living community. As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming residents
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report any changes or unusual findings to the nurse
  • Coordinate with the nursing team to record accurate vital signs and maintain records of ADLs
  • Administer standard precautions and infection control standards to provide a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum one year working with the geriatric population
  • Certified nursing aide licensure required by state regulations
