  • Facilitate growth in all non-competitive programs
  • Develop and implement revenue generation strategies
  • Market WIN's non-competitive programs to attract new members
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all participants

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, logistics, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable and skilled in utilizing technology, including TeamUnify, Google Sheets/Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to act in a professional manner in all interactions on behalf of WIN
  • Work experience with aquatics programs preferred

Work Environment:

This is a part-time position with a time commitment of 16-20 hours per week. The Aqua School program runs in 6-week segments on Monday-Thursday evenings throughout the year with 1-2 week breaks in between each 6-week session.
