Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Papa John's Pizza of Hampton Roads Virginia. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
• Supervise and train employees to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or retail management role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
