Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at the Fairfax location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment strategies.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient environment is preferred, along with a certification in dry needling. New graduates are also encouraged to apply, provided they have clinical references.
Licensure and Certifications:
Current Virginia Physical Therapist License and CPR Certification are required.
Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility with early and evening shifts, Monday through Friday.
Compensation and Benefits:
TCO offers a competitive salary starting from $90,500 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
