We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Centurion Health.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves providing high-quality nursing care to incarcerated patients in a correctional facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal health outcomes.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor, providing holistic care within the appropriate scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and conducting vital sign checks.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences, needs, and goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An Associate's degree or higher in Nursing.
  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required.
  • Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
