Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm System Lead to join our team in the Puget Sound and Western Washington area. As a Fire Alarm System Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of inspectors and technicians to inspect and verify fire alarm systems, fire hoses, fire extinguishers, fire panels, and emergency lighting. This role requires strong leadership skills and excellent technical knowledge.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire alarm system inspection and verification, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The salary range for this position is $55-$60/hour++, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as profit sharing, 100% company-paid employee medical benefits, matching 4% 401K, PTO, and paid training.

Responsibilities

* Lead a team of inspectors and technicians to inspect and verify fire alarm systems, fire hoses, fire extinguishers, fire panels, and emergency lighting* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on fire alarm systems* Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations* Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals

Requirements

* EL06 or EL01 License required* NICET II or higher OR IPM Certification required* FA1 or Extinguisher Licenses preferred* Valid driver's license and clean driving record* Strong knowledge of building and fire codes for inspection purposes* Excellent leadership and communication skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
