Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Technician to join our team. As a Psychiatric Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and adolescents with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a safe and secure environment for individuals served and staff in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement person-centered programming.
- Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Participate in safety management, crisis intervention, and prevention.
- Document progress notes, medication administration, and other relevant information.
- Completion of a minimum of six months post-high school education in behavioral sciences or equivalent.
- CNA certification or one to two years of college education preferred.
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
