Senior Project Design Engineer

Qwerkz is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new products, including mechanical design, prototyping, and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met and timelines are achieved.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in mechanical design and development, with a focus on product development.
• Proven track record of leading design and development projects, with a focus on quality and performance.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in 3D CAD software and experience with FEA/FEMM software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
