Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Welch's. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate control of inventory, participating in the completion of daily production and processing reports, and entering and analyzing data within Oracle and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process production reporting and related inventory control
  • Assist with the reporting, reconciling, and completion of daily production batches
  • Manage and record reprocessed material
  • Control and manage draw-off / reworked material
  • Allocate labor to production reporting
  • Control tank inventory reconciliation used in reporting and analysis
  • Manage seasonal juice reporting
  • Investigate and follow through on inventory issues (daily reconciliations)
  • Cross train as backup in the finance area
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment
  • Advanced skills in word processing and spreadsheets, specifically with Microsoft Office products
  • Prior knowledge of Oracle is a plus
