Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse. In this role, you will oversee patient care, observe and assess patient conditions, and document relevant information in accordance with our Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN licensure.
Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines.
Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
Valid LVN License
