As an integral part of our fabrication team, you will engage with various barrier systems, emphasizing the importance of precision in welding and finishing. Each component must meet high standards to ensure the overall safety, functionality, and visual appeal of the systems we produce.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Cutting, bending, welding, and designing custom steel components for protective barriers, including ballistic doors and framing.
  • Managing projects from flat steel sheets to fully manufactured barrier components.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to create high-quality products.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in cutting, welding, and fabricating stainless and mild steel.
  • Proficiency with .030 welding wire and familiarity with 14/16 gauge cold-rolled mild steel and 18 gauge stainless steel.
  • Extensive experience using MIG and TIG welding techniques.
  • Experience with tools such as Die Grinders, Ironworker Press Brakes, Stroke Sanders, and Flap Wheel Sanders is advantageous.
  • Ability to understand and execute based on blueprints and specifications to produce flawless components.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results.
