Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our enterprise architecture framework, including the definition of architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement architecture solutions that support our digital transformation strategy, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI and cloud computing.
  • Develop and deliver training content related to enterprise architecture concepts, standards, and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for architectural innovation and disruption.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant architecture experience, with a strong background in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in hydrocarbon supply chain and marketing domains within a refining industry.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, strategies, and goals, with the ability to align architectural decisions with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
