**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Order Filling Team Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling online orders by locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Description:

• Fulfill online orders by selecting, packing, and shipping merchandise
• Ensure order accuracy and quality by verifying merchandise and packaging
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
