We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate NICU Nurse to join our team at Mercy. As a NICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to NICU patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
