CFCU Community Credit Union is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

• Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to staff with computer-related issues.
• Assess and maintain our IT infrastructure to ensure it meets our needs.
• Respond to queries and investigate user problems, identifying solutions and implementing them with our IT team.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of systems and applications, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Install and configure new hardware and software, and perform upgrades as necessary.
• Provide training and support to staff on new systems and applications.
• Deploy and maintain physical and virtual servers, including patches, updates, and hardware installations.
• Monitor and maintain server backup processes and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop new strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and the end-user experience.
• Assist with application project-based work and report significant issues to our supervisor.

• Minimum 3 years of similar or related experience.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
