Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing services to patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and psychiatric hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • At least one year of experience in the last three years.
  • Background screening as required by state or client contract.
  • Ability to read medical equipment and documents.

Working Conditions

Work sites vary, and you may be exposed to blood, bodily fluids, and other potentially infectious materials. You should be able to push carts and medical equipment and assist with moving patients.
