Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $145,000 - $150,000 annually with a performance-based bonus of 20%
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing teams of Manufacturing and Process Engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all engineering functions within the Molding division, including Process and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving excellence in business operations, focusing on Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering.
- Leverage methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to foster a culture of Operational Excellence.
- Collaborate with the New Product Development team to introduce innovative products and manufacturing techniques.
- Facilitate communication of Continuous Improvement initiatives across various levels of the organization, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders.
- Translate engineering performance enhancements into financial metrics that align with corporate objectives.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering Management within a manufacturing context.
- Comprehensive understanding of departmental P&L.
- Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience in problem-solving using established methodologies such as DMAIC or similar.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
