Key Responsibilities

The Construction Project Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and analyzing project plans and financial projections to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Creating and managing project schedules, including coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Conducting regular project status updates and meetings with project managers, contractors, and clients.
  • Generating and managing RFIs, submittals, and other project-related documents.
  • Assisting with estimations and proposals, including reviewing drawings and specifications.
  • Executing material take-offs, determining quantities of materials and labor, and obtaining materials pricing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Construction Project Engineer must have:

  • A degree in Architect & Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a construction project engineering role.
  • Knowledge of E-Gordian/JOC and IQC systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
