About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year - Nursing experience.
