Core Responsibilities:

As an integral member of the team, you will:

  • Perform cashier duties and manage customer transactions
  • Handle customer reservations for golf course access
  • Provide outstanding service to guests upon arrival to facilitate a smooth check-in
  • Organize and showcase golf shop merchandise as directed
  • Collect fees and process payments using the POS system
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Assist in reconciling cash and accounts at the end of the day
  • Ensure the security of the property and its amenities
  • Help set up golf carts and equipment as needed
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager

As an Outside Staff Member:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly manner
  • Providing explanations of course rules and etiquette
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the golf cart fleet and maintaining organized storage
  • Setting up golf carts and equipment for scheduled tee times
  • Facilitating a timely pace of play to enhance the guest experience
  • Answering guest inquiries in a courteous manner
  • Ensuring groups consist of four players when possible
  • Collecting and cleaning practice balls as scheduled
  • Maintaining security of the property and its amenities
  • Completing other duties as assigned by the General Manager
