Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at SSP Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including equipment, surfaces, and storage spaces.
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Remove refuse and transport service-ware to the kitchen for cleaning.
  • Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash them by hand or load dishwasher.
  • Assist guests with special requests and communicate with servers and supervisors as needed.
  • Load and unload supply trucks, transferring between storage and work areas.
  • Stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of food items.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old.
  • 6 months' experience working in retail or food service environment.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Food handlers permit, as required by law.
  • Brand certification, as required.
  • Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time.
